Gustosi bozzetti

Ecco qui uno delle mie ultime commesse che sto gestendo e che dovrò consegnare nel giro di pochi giorni. Si stratta di veloci e poco pensati bozzetti realizzati con acquerello e penna per il Ristorante Trattoria Tunnel , di Busa di Vigonza , una frazione della provincia di Padova. Mi è stato chiesto di realizzare, su accordi con lo chef, una serie di "schizzi" dei piatti che il cliente potrà trovare all'interno del menù : bigoli all'anitra, baccalà mantecato, spiedini di piovra, insalata di gamberoni... ecc. Questi che vedete sono dei primi schizzi che avevo buttato giù per "capire come fare", diciamo... I definitivi andranno posizionati(le stampe ovviamente) sulle copertine dei nuovi menù che sto curando per l'occasione e daranno un'immagine nuova al locale.

Appena finito il lavoro, vi posterò gli schizzi che sono stati scelti e così mi direte la vostra...Intanto, buon appetito! ;)
